Shipping Coverage & Cost

We currently offer shipping services around the world. All orders come with free shipping to provide a seamless and convenient shopping experience.

Delivery Timeframes

• Order Processing: 1-3 business days (Monday to Saturday)
• Shipping Duration: 4-10 business days
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5-13 business days from the date of order placement

Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

We collaborate with reliable courier services such as DHL, UPS, USPS, Fedex, Royal Mail, Hermes, and DPD to ensure secure and timely deliveries.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

Updating Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please submit your request within 24 hours of placing your order. Address changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours, provided they have not yet been shipped.
• If the order is already in transit, our return policy will apply.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, any additional shipping fees for resending the package will be the customer’s responsibility.
